Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the development of the ointment based on the original medisnal substance of phensuccinal for treatment of diabetic skin patologies. On base of physical-chemical, technological and biological researches the composition and optimal technology of 1 % phensuccinal ointment based on the oil-in water emulsion have been proposed. the methods of the guality control of phensuccinal ointment have been development. The spesific activity of phensuccinal ointment on the aseptic inflammation model in rats under the conditions of experimetal type 1 and 2 diabetes mellitus has been investigated. The anti-alterative effect of phensuccinal ointment has been proven. It was determined that 1 % phensuccinal ointment is practically safe under the criteria of acute toxicity.
