Essay

The dissertation work presents the results obtained by means of population - genetic analyzing the intrabreed types of Ukrainian selection large White pigs (ULW-1, ULW-2) and the English selection large White pigs (LWE) using two types of molecular genetic markers, both immunogenetic and microsatellite. The technology of micro-satellite loci analysis in the multiplex polymerase chain reaction was improved. The comparative study of the ULW-1, ULW-2 and LWE pigs was executed at the leading pedigree farms specialized in large White pigs breeding. The comparative analysis of the intrabreed types ULW-1 and ULW-2 families and lines population genetic parameters.
