Essence and specific of the use of narcotic matters is reflected as a social-pedagogical problem. The specific of reviewer is exposed group as a basic factor of bringing of teenagers in to the use of narcotic matters. The state and prospects of organization of narcotic prophylaxis is analyses; the model of social-pedagogical prophylaxis of the use of narcotic matters by teenagers based; the narcotic prophylactic program based on forming of Life Skills is developed, and the results of its embodiment are presented.
