Zobova I. Optimization of medicinal providing for the patients with essential hypertension

The dissertation is devoted to the substantiation of modern organizational and economic approaches to optimization of medicinal providing for the patients with essential hypertension in the conditions of a specialized hospital. In this work a modern condition and problems of the organization of medicinal providing for the patients with essential hypertension in Ukraine and in the world have been studied. Marketing research of the pharmaceutical market of medicines with antihypertensive actions has been carried out. The actual condition of medicinal providing for the patients with essential hypertension in Ukraine according to case records of patients has been analyzed. Rational lists of medicines for the patients with essential hypertension for treatment in a hospital have been proved, variants of a combination of medicines taking into account requirement and expenses for purchase have been worked out.
