The main points, legal basics, tasks, object and boundaries of prosecutor's supervision over adherence to laws in protection of rights and freedoms of children are being considered. Authorities of a prosecutor while exercising prosecutor's supervision over adherence to laws in protection of rights and freedoms of children, forms and methods of detection of law's abuse, and also the measures of prosecutor's response on breach of laws in protection of rights and freedoms of persons under eighteen are also being researched. The dissertation proposes the ways of optimization of prosecutor's work on supervision over adherence to laws in protection of rights and freedoms of children.
