The thesis is aimed at studying in a scientific manner the organizational and operational issues of administrative courts in Ukraine. The thesis presents a comprehensive legal analysis of the organizational models of administrative justice, and current problematic aspects of administrative courts establishment. The main measures needed to ensure provision of courts with appropriate organization and human resources are suggested. The author examines the main principles of administrative justice and focuses on its substantial peculiarities. The specific procedural features of proceedings in courts of administrative jurisdiction are studied.
