However the Ukrainization process caused the certain positive changes in the state of the Ukrainian culture in this region. After 1932 - 33 the Ukrainization fell down. The author concludes that Ukrainization has been completely cut down in 1938 when they laid a foundation which actually gave the Russian language the state status.
