Object of the study: individual anatomic variability of human ovaries, their vessels and nerves in ontogenesis. The purpose of the study: to establish the age-related features of a structure of outside of the organ arteries, veins and nerves of human ovaries, their neurovascular interrelations, myeloarchitectonics of ovarian nerves in some age groups (fetuses of 37-40 weeks of gestation, newborns, women of mature age) with the account of somatotype. Research methods: morphometric, somatometric, macroscopic and microscopic, histological methods, a method of manufacturing injection and corrosion preparations, statistics methods. Theoretical and practical significance of the received results: Results of researches deepen and dilate the existing representations about is arterial-venous blood supply and innervations of human ovaries in some age groups in the respect of individual anatomic variability. The obtained data of topography of outside of the organ vessels and nerves of human ovaries have practical value for diagnostics and at carrying out of surgical procedures on the organs and vessels of abdominal and pelvic cavities, at performance of preserving organs operations on ovaries in gynecology and surgery, can be used at the edition of workbooks in normal and clinical anatomy. Scientific novelty of the received results: For the first time the morphology and anatomic variability of outside of the organ vessels and nerves of ovaries of fetuses of 37-40 weeks of gestation, newborns, women of mature age were studied. Dependence of anatomic variability of vessels and nerves of ovaries from somatotype in some age groups was proved. It was established ??the interrelation of some anthropometrical parameters and the linear sizes of ovaries in some age groups. For the first time the data of becomings of myeloarchitectonics of ovarian nerves were obtained, and also it was studied myeloarchitectonics of periarterial nervous plexuses of ovarian arteries at two levels. For the first time correlation communications between quantity of myelinated fibers and diameter of an artery were established. «The way of colouring of myelinic membranes of nervous fibers» was developed personally by the author and can be widely used in morphological and histological researches.
