The thesis is devoted to studying morphological changes of a regenerate of traumatized tibia of rats of different age under the conditions of technogenic microelementosis of a body and search of ways of their correction. Structural-functional characteristics of regenerate of tibia of causing perforated defect in its diaphysis was studied with the help of spectrophotometry, histomorphometry, transmission and raster electronic microscopy, x-ray microanalysis and biomechanical testing (strength, hardness, rigidity). It was determined that under the conditions of extra supply of salts of heavy metals to the body of rats there is decrease in intensity of proliferation and differentiation of cellular elements, dystrophic and destructive changes in fibroblasts and osteoblasts, delay in formation of fibre-specific structures of regenerate, decrease in intensity of its mineralization, and also decrease in strength, hardness and elastic qualities of post-traumatized bones. The possibility of correction of revealed changes by antioxidant preparation dialipon was determined. The results of the research may be used as morphological basis for prediction of changes while healing of fractures of bones under ecologically dangerous conditions.
