The indexes of the functional state, which answer a subzero somatic health and levels of adaptation potential of students of a 1 course of technical (youths) and economic (girls) specialties of INSTITUTE of higher on morph functional indexes, are certain in dissertation work. The certain are most essential morph-functional indexes, which influence on adaptation potential and model descriptions of indexes which answer the before nosology state of organism with tension of mechanisms of adaptation of students. Influence of different types of academic athletic-health employments is set on development of motive internals of students. Efficiency of the use of the differentiated programs of health employments after physical education, which foresee the increase of adaptation possibilities of students, is experimentally tested.
