Thesis is devoted to integrated research into critical works of polish literary man M. Grabovskyj, analyzed literary and philosophic views of master, his aesthetic priorities, determined its sources, described the evolution of general vital references of theoretician. A lot of attention is given to elucidation critical principles of M. Grabovskyj, his opinions concerning Polish, Ukrainian, Russian and West-European literature of XIX c. There are opened the concept of poetry, receiving the historical poem and prose, national creation.
