Essay

The dissertation in detail describes the peculiarities of Cyprian Kamil Norwid’s axiological doctrines in the theoretical and prose works “White Flowers”, "Black Flowers”, and “Lectures above the Juliusz Slowacki”. The modified features of romantic drama are defined and the principles of “eternal”, “Christian”, “true” drama of the writer, taking into account the value load of the signs of the true poet: the prophet-quidam, “the quiet apostle”. The artistic reception of the “silence” as a sign of symbolist drama is considered in the functional models of the work “Silence”, which considers the transcendental understanding of “eternal minutes of silence” using the manifestations of dramatic tension. Also, the philosophical and didactic treatise “Prometheion” is analyzed and here is explained why it is often nominated as the “Gospel of art” and as the source of the study of the Plato’s truth. The value of the work is driven by the need to identify major theoretical approaches, classification components of the axiological scientific paradigm study and use them to characterize the hierarchy of values of C.K. Norwid. The study of genetic development and systemically-thematical connections of truth are important components in understanding of complicated literature of the writer who is on the edge of artistic, historically-comparative, structural study, which goes to an expanded interpretation of other human sciences, particularly of axiology. Especially important for representation of theoretical and philosophical doctrine and its specificity is literary-artistic analysis of works “Promethidion” and “Ring of the Great Lady”.
