Rusin V. Prophylactics of cows microelementosis in the conditions of biogeochemical province of Lviv Region

Thesis deals with the main research of biotic microelements level in system "soil - fodder - water - animal" and morpho-biochemical indices of blood, and it was also found out the ability of microelementosis of diary cows in the conditions of biogeochemical province of Kamjanka-Busk district, Lviv region. The insufficiency of microelements has negative influence on haemocytopoesis, protein exchange, the activity of enzyme in blood and antioxidant resistance of organism, and as a result, the development of microelementosis clinical peculiaritis. Complex microelement preparation "Polimicrovet" was proposed for the prophylactic of microelementosis in dairy cows in the conditions of biogeochemical province of Kamjanka-Busk district, Lviv region. Using of deficite microelements in the connection with aminoacids methionine and lizine in the content of preparation "Polimicrovet" is new. Giving the preparation in dose 2,2 g/100 kg of body mass during 45 days, normalize the content of microelements in the blood (Co, Cu, Mn, Zn, Fe) hemocytopoes, protein exchange, the activity of SOD, AST, ALT, AF, the content of seruloplasmine, malonic dialdehide and remove in the clinical sings of microelementosis.
