Object - preparation of the future teachers of the higher educational establishments in Master's Courses. Purpose - to ground theoretically and approve experimentally the pedagogical terms of professional tolerance formation of the future teachers of the higher educational establishments. Methods - theoretical, empirical and statistical. Theoretical results and novelty - the essence of phenomenon "professional tolerance of the future teacher of the higher educational establishments"and its structural components have been defined and scientifically grounded; pedagogical terms of formation of the professional tolerance of the future teachers of higher educational establishments have been defined; the criteria of evaluation of formation of the future teachers of the higher educational establishments of professional tolerance and its indexes have been defined; the levels (high, middle, low) of formation of professional tolerance of Master students have been described. Practical results - the program and methodology of organization of work of pedagogical workshop for the future teachers of higher educational establishments on the problem of development of educational courses and creation of their teaching and methodological providing have been worked out; the methodology of diagnostics of levels of formation of the future teachers of higher educational establishments of professional tolerance have been formed.
