Essay

Object - vocational and education training of the future teachers philologists in the higher pedagogical educational establishments. Purpose - theoretical grounding and experimental approval of pedagogical conditions efficiency of reflexive culture formation in the proctss of vocational and educational training of the teachers of philology. Methods - teoretical, empirical, statistical. Theoretical results and novelty - the notion of "reflexive culture of the future teacher of philology" is defined, it!s structure, criterions and indices is determined; the characteristic of levels of formed reflexive culture of the teachers of philology is given; the notions "vocational and educational culture of the future teacher", "pedagogical reflexion" are specified ; the pedagogical conditions of effective reflexive culture forming of the teachers of philology is defined and grounded; the model of reflexive culture forming of the teachers of philology in the process of vocational and educational training is worked aut, theoreticaly grounded and experimentaly tested. Practical results - it is worked aut an extra course "The basis of reflexive culture of modern teachers", methods of diagnostics of reflexive culture of teachers-philologists. Efficiency of introduction - high. Branch - higher educational establishments.
