Essay

Object - professionally-educational training of future teachers. Purpose - theoretically confirm and experimentally test a model of realization of pedagogical conditions of organizational competence formation of future teachers in the process of professional training. Methods - theoretical, empirical, mathematically-statistical. Theoretical results and novelty - the pedagogical conditions of organizational competence formation of future teachers in the process of professional training are scientifically substantiated (providing future teachers with positive motivation for organizational activities; satiation of the educational process with active teaching methods; future teachers' attraction to participation in team sport games); the essence and component structure of organizational competence are revealed; the criteria and indicators, qualitative characteristics of the levels of organizational competence formation of future teachers in the process of professional training are defined; the experimental model of pedagogical conditions realization of future teachers in the process of professional training is worked out; the concept "organizational competence of future teachers" is defined. Practical results - the diagnostic methodology of levels of organizational competence formation of future teachers, methodology of future teachers' preparation for organizational activities in future profession are worked out and experimentally tested. The level of adoption is high. The sphere (field) of employment is pedagogical, higher teacher-training institutes, advanced teacher-training institutes, comprehensive educational institutions.
