Object - professional training of graduate students of pedagogical universities. Purpose - a theoretical foundation and approbation of training of graduate students of pedagogical universities in the organizing of credit-module teaching. Methods - theretical, empirical, statistical. Theoretical results and novelty - training of graduate students of pedagogical universities in the organizing of credit-module teaching as a process of professional and pedagogical competence development of university graduates has been researched; the components of professional and pedagogical competence of graduate students of pedagogical universities have been defined and grounded; the pedagogical conditions of graduate students training have been discovered. Practical results - the criteria and indices have been defined; the development levels of professional and pedagogical competence of graduate students of pedagogical universities have been characterized; the experimental model of training of graduate students of pedagogical universities in the organizing of credit-module teaching has been worked out and tested. Efficiency of introduction is high. Branch - higher educational establishment.
