The investigation object: the middle part of the precentral gyrus of the human brain. The investigation goal: establishment of neuro-glio-capillar relationships in middle part of precentral gyrus of depending on age, sex and hemispheres of the human brain. Methods of research: morphometric and morphological, statistics methods. Theoretical and practical value of the obtained results. Scientific novelty of the obtained results: The got results are applicable for diagnostics of pathological processes, development of new methods of treatment, prognostic estimation of the supposed influences in neurology and neurosurgery. The got results can be considered fundamental for further morphological and clinical researches, necessary for development of individual approaches in therapy of nervous and psychical illnesses.
