Research object - bioelectric processes of structures of a reflex arch of segmentary reflexes. Research aim - to find out features of functioning of various sites of a reflex arch of a spinal cord in the conditions of experimental hypothyroidism. Research methods: technique of formation of a condition experimental hypothyroidism by artificial saturation of an organism of animals tireostatik-mercazolil, electrophysiological methods of research of the central and peripheral nervous system for an estimation of indicators of the caused bioelectric activity of the basic components of reflex arches of a spinal cord - excitabilities (a threshold and chronaxia) the caused potentials gastrocnemius muscle, dorsal and ventral roots, answers motoneural and interneural spinal cord pools; methods biochemical and morphological analysis for check hypothyroid conditions. Theoretical and practical results, innovations: in the conditions of experimental hypothyroidism the functional condition of various sites of a reflex arch of a spinal cord for the first time is investigated. It is shown that shortage thyroid hormones leads to decrease in excitability of skeletal muscles, functioning infringement interneuronal pools, to amplitude decrease afferental potential peak dorsal to a surface, increase in the latent period of occurence of this component and the general duration of the given potential, deepening presynaptic braking of a N1-component of potential dorsal to a surface, excitability reduction monosynaptic reflex arches. The big sensitivity of a touch link of a reflex arch, than motor to deficiency thyroid hormones is revealed. Effects of pharmacological correction neuropatic consequences hypothyroidism by means of a complex preparation of vitamins of group B - neurobion are specified. The obtained data opens mechanisms of impellentfrustration which arise in various sites of a segmentary reflex arch against hypothyroidism and can be the precondition for working out of ways of correction of these frustration.
