In dissertation examined publicly geographical aspects of transformation of settling apart in the high-urbanized region, which Luganschina is. In-process first complex investigational process of transformation of the city and rural settling apart in the high-urbanized region, found out main directions, tendencies and territorial differences of transformation of settling apart, in the period of market transformation of economy of region. The special attention is spared the scientific ground of necessity of development of cadastres of settlements of districts and area for the receipt of reliable statistical information.
