The dissertation is devoted development optimal composition and technology matrix tablets Indapamide and combined tablets with Indapamide and Enalapril prolonged action for treatment of hypertension. On the basis of crystallographic, technology, biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical researches the optimal composition and management of technology pills. The methods of qualitative and quantitative determination of active ingredient in drugs are designed. The physico-chemical properties of the tablets studied, proposed methods of analysis of their quality and conditions and shelf life. The experimental study of the microbiological purity and pharmacological action of the drug are carried out; sector- pharmacy.
