Essay

Objects – system, particularly process of medicamentous provision of patients with tuberculosis; aim – substantiation of theoretical basics and practical recommendations aimed at the improvement of medicamentous provision for patients with tuberculosis; methods – bibliometrical, systemic, marketing, mathematical and statistical (multiple regression and correlation analysis), modeling, graphico-mathematical; novelty – the assortment and price analysis of antituberculosis drugs; on the basis of correlation and regression analysis the method of estimation of factors which influence the level of tuberculosis morbidity was developed and the most important factors that form the main determinants which lead to tuberculosis development were determined; typification of areas and towns of the Lviv region was conducted on clusters according to the degree of similarity of total effect of different factors on prevalence of tuberculosis; the method of statistical design and prognostication of morbidity index for the future period was developed for determination the need in antituberculosis drugs; monitoring of medico-social factors which determine the level of tuberculosis morbidity in different social groups was conducted; pharmacoeconomical analysis of pharmaceutical constituent of standard chemotherapy of different categories of patients with tuberculosis was done; the computer program «Dataware and monitoring the antituberculosis drugs use», which helps to calculate pharmacoeconomical indexes of antituberculous chemotherapy, was created; they are introduced into the health care and pharmaceutical organizations, representative offices of producers and educational process of 7 high educational institutions; area – pharmacy
