Essay

The thesis is devoted to development of mathematical methods and instrumental means for defining vector criteria of a develop project (DP) effectiveness at the early project stages taking into account ecological factor. Two problem statements of complex DP effectiveness are considered. Within first statement DP effectiveness is defined as a degree of product's parameters accordance to the interests of all project participants, second one is a raising developing level of some city territory. The decomposition of multidimensional problem of DP effectiveness has been defined as a sequence of four subproblems that have more simple structure and adjusted with DP phases. The modification of the optimization problem of project resource planning accounting dynamic changes in resources price at the project life cycle has been considered. A problem of calculating the investment risk through the specified discounting rate is provided. The problem as the optimization geometric design problem is offered. The problem solution method has been proposed within the research. The practical realization of proposed mathematical models and optimization methods is developed under project realization of the logistic building complex (Vishnevoe city, Sviatoshino district, Kiev region) of the DP company "IBP Vishnevoe" and during the educational process in KSTUCA.
