Gumeniuk O. Cultural and educational work of Ukrainian students in the countries of Central-Eastern Europe in 1920 - 1939.

The main kinds of Ukrainian students' cultural and economic activity in the countries of Central-Eastern Europe in 1920-1939-es were investigated on the basis of numeral archive documents and published materials in the thesis. The author thoroughly analysed sources for the Ukrainian student's emigration in the countries of Central-Eastern Europe in the interwar period, number of emigrants, their tasks and economic conditions. In the dissertation was pointed out basic forms and methods of cultural and educational activity of students and it meaning for the whole Ukrainian interwar emigration in Europe. It was also described the role of Central Union of Ukrainian Students in the case of representation the Ukrainian culture in the international sphere.
