Essay

In dissertation first in Ukrainian historiography have been investigated fully the process of renewal and development of historical education in the universities of URS. The general state of universities have been found out after liberation of Ukraine territory. The living conditions of students and teaching staff have been reflected. Separate attention have been spared to students participation in scientific and in public-political life of universities. Features of staffing issues at history faculties have been analyzed. Experience of the educational and educate study advanced have been generalized at historical faculties, which worked fruitfully, without regard to a weak material and technical base, shortage of the skilled and financial providing.
