Stavnuik O. State, party activity of Panas Lubchenko in Ukrainian Soviet Socialistic Republic (1917 - 1937).

Thesis covers the state political activity of soviet statesmen P.Lubchenko in Ukrainian Soviet Socialistic Republic in the period from 1917 to 1937. In research is considered the process of his becoming as state political figure. Dissertation covers starting P.Lubchenko member of UPSR and UCP (borotbisty). As result of analyzing a big amount of documents is investigated P.Lubchenko active part in Ukrainian revolution in 1917 - 1920. The dissertation studies ideology and activity of the Ukrainian communism. Thesis is discovered the evolution of P.Lubchenko world views that changed his political convictions from national-communism to bolshevism. In research is investigated his activity as head of Kiev's city council. Being the leader of city council P.Lubchenko created conditions for new city council work plan. In Kiev was rebuilt railway station and built new electric station. P.Lubchenko was political leader, who took part in ukrainization as a cultural building. This national policy was caused existing a lot of new Ukrainian schools. Ukrainian language became main language in state structure. Special attention is given to P.Lubchenko in Soviet government. In research is explored his participation in establishment, widespread and ceased national policy. It is shown his participation in realization social and economics process. Investigated role of P.Lubchenko in realization of peasantry's policy of collectivization in Ukrainian Soviet Republic in 1933. In dissertation is discovered P.Lubchenko participation as a Prime minister of USSR in 1934 - 1937 years. Became a prime minister he rebuilt Ukrainian capital. In this period he controlled republic budget and taxes. But anyway his political activity depended on USSR government. Investigated role of P.Lubchenko in national and cultural life in Ukrainian Soviet Socialistic Republic in 1920 - 1930-ies.
