Essay

The dissertation work is devoted to the study of diagnostic indexes of placenta insufficiency in the cows in a period of dead trees, the research of morfometric, and histological features of the structure of fetal part of placenta and state of the new-born calves at different terms of the development of placenta complex. It was established that clinical signs are single and not specific at a placentitis and villiferous skidding in the cows. New-born calves give birth with violation of the development intrauterine in such cows and they are practically unviable. At ultrasonic diagnosis of chorion there were founded cotyledons with the residue of the echopositive membrane and the presence of the dark grey poured spots in the cows at placentitis which is the sign of the tumor. At the villiferous skidding uncotyledons areas are marked, increase of the wall of the uterus to 6 sm, diffuse spots and echonegative areas, which indicated on the presence of liquid, laying of the fibrin and growing of the connecting tissue out. For these animals in a period of dead trees the content of leucocytes rises in 1,2-1,3, times in blood general cholesterol rises in 1,6-2, times alkaline fosfotacy rises in 1,3-1,7, times lactatdegidrogenasy rises in 1,5-2,4 times and alanin- and aspartataminotransferasy rises in 1,3-1,4 times accordingly in comparison to the control group of animals. The amount of red blood cells and the content of hemoglobin goes down in 1,4-1,5 and 1,1-1,2 times accordingly. It was established that placenta insufficiency and the disorder of blood circulation in fetal part of placenta took place at decrease of the area of cotyledons on 52,01 %, and on 50-60 % to their absence.
