Dissertation the thesis deals with the modern state of affairs in terms of the future border guard officers’ professional establishment; the essence, content and peculiarities of the stated process have been revealed. The future border guard officers’ professional establishment criteria and levels have been improved. The pedagogical conditions (considering of the cadets’ personality structural components characteristics in the personality oriented training; border guard cadets’ methodic optimization during the personality oriented training; future border guard officers’ independent work perfection on the basis of the personality oriented training) and the future border guard officers’ professional establishment model are theoretically grounded and experimentally tested on the basis of the personality oriented training.
