Gonchar S. Morphology of kidneys tissues after experimental nephrotomy with the use of different absorbable surgical threads (experimental -morphological investigation)

In our investigations there was defined morphofunctional state of kidneys tissues sewed by different types of catgut after experimental nephrotomy, the influence of those dissolved sutural material (DSM) on the character of suppurature of the wound. At the use of surgical threads modified by L- arginin the transfer both on macrophagal - monocytic and fibroblastic stages of wound inflammation is accelerated. Proliferation of fibroblasts is watched at more earlier term (on the seventh day after nephrotomy) in comparison with catgut from sheep and pig raw materials. However, fibroblasts proliferation exactly limited in time (7-14 day) and corresponds the period necessary for healing of the operative wound, that prevents the possibility of surplus cicatrization and lithogenesis in kidney
