Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the study of general conformities of structural organization of sciatic nerve of a rat in normal state and special features of its morphofunctional changes at different stages (3, 7, 14, 30 and 90 days) of the posthypothermical period. After influence of general deep hypothermia there are successive phasic changes in the structural components of nervous barrel: the reactive and oedematous-destructive phenomena, conditioned direct negative influence of cold on nervous explorers and by development of reaction of stress, prevail on the first 7 days, and next terms (14-90 days) – scray-restoration changes basis of which is activating of intracellular regenerator processes.
