Bobrovska O. Features of links of anthropometric parameters and parameters of central hemodynamics at adolescents with various somatotype

The dissertation is devoted to studying the peculiarities of relationships of anthropometric indices with parameters of central hemodynamic obtained by tetrapolar rheocardiography, in healthy urban boys and girls with different somatotypes of Podolsk region. The author was the first who studied correlation between the anthropometric indices and parameters of central hemodynamics in healthy boys and girls with ectomorphic, mesomorphic and ecto-mesomorphic somatotypes. Was shown difference the indices of central hemodynamics between teenagers of one sex with different somatotype and sex differences of central hemodynamics in in the range of one somatotype. On the basis of anthropometric and somatotypological indicators using the step-by-step regression analysis for the first time have been constructed mathematical models of central hemodynamic parameters for urban boys and girls of different somatotype. It was established marked sex differences between accuracy description of hemodynamic parameters and body indicators for this contingent.
