Glebova K. Improved methods of isolation and cultivation of mycoplasmas isolated from animals.

The thesis is devoted to the improvement of culture media for isolation and cultivation of mycoplasmas isolated from animals. There have been large-scale study broth mediums for cultivation of mycoplasmas with the addition of sera from different animals were studied cultural and morphological properties of mycoplasma when cultured them on broth medium with serum of broilers. Studies have been conducted on the cultivation of the findings to field isolates of mycoplasma isolated from mammals (cattle, pigs, dogs) and birds (chicken). A broth medium for cultivation of mycoplasmas with the addition of serum albumin blood of cattle and experimentally justify application of the developed environment for the cultivation of mycoplasmas isolated from animals, efficacy of the developed environment for the cultivation of museum strains and field isolates of mycoplasma.
