Dissertation is dedicated to the study of epizootic situation of parvovirus enteritis and canine distemper spreading, including vaccinated against this infections dogs, considering variations of season and breed and age of dogs and also indication and study of biological properties of field isolates, determination of antiviral action of preparation of triasolinum row and their effect on efficiency of immunoprophylaxis of dogs. The biological properties of isolates of parvovirus (EN 5/2, BP 8) and association of distemper virus with parvovirus (BN 3, BP 6) with use of chicken embryos, CEF, culture of Vero cells were studied and identification of this pathogens by PCR, ELISA, AGPT, HA, and EM was conducted additionally. At first the antiviral action of different concentrations of preparation of triasolinum raw (VPK 108 and rumosol) to the parvovirus and canine distemper virus was tested in vitro and in ovo in compare with fosprenil which was registered by delay of CPA of viruses in CEF on 48 hours and suppression of some pathological changes in chicken embryos as a result of decline of their infectious activity. It was determined that rumosol after single injection during 3 days in the concentration of 0,5 mg/kg has more active effect on gemo- leuco- and immunopoesis in compare with fosprenil. Triple injection of rumosol and fosprenil before vaccination decrease the development of immunosuppressive action of Biovac DPA vaccine increasing metabolic and phagocytic activity (8,4-6,7 %) of neutrophiles on 7th day, and level of T- and B cells (1-1,7 % and 1-3,03 %) and IRI (0,1 0,4 units) on 21st day after puppies vaccination. Antibodies titer to parvovirus and distemper virus in the groups of vaccinated puppies on the background of rumosol and fosprenil was higher on 1,0-1,3 log2 and 0,6-1,0 log2 in compare with the group of puppies which were vaccinated without preparations. Infection of vaccinated puppies by EN 5/2 isolate on a background of the injected preparations provoked suppression of the immune system on 3rd day after infecting and increased the levels of T- and B cells, IRI, CIC on 9th day for the infected puppies. Rumosol and fosprenil decline the temperature, reproduction of viruses and titer of specific antibodies at the twice for the vaccinated puppies which were infected by EN 5/2 isolate of parvovirus in compare with ones which were vaccinated without any additional preparations.
