Ren' L. The social and pedagogical conditions of prophylactic work with the street children.

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of prophylactic work with the street children. The author has analyzed substantive theoretical provisions, the essence and maintenance of concepts, the reasons of appearing, children desocialization determinants; described the process of becoming children's neglect and homelessness prophylaxis in the historical context; found out the features of maintenance, organization and state of prophylactic work with the street children. The social-pedagogical conditions of prophylactic work with the street children are defined (creation the vital social-orientated space for the neglected and homeless children, forming the preventive potential of the street children, providing preparation of specialists and volunteers for prophylactic work with the street children), structural- functional model of prophylactic work with the street children is developed. The forming experiment realization, the efficiency of social-pedagogical conditions and structural-functional model of prophylactic work with the street children are shown.
