Essay

The object of the investigation is professional training of future technology teachers in a higher educational establishment; the subject of the investigation is organizational and educational conditions of phased training of future technology teachers to organize extra-curricular artistic and labour activity of pupils; the methods of investigation - in order to achieve the aim, solve the tasks and check the hypothesis of the investigation a complex of modern methods of general science was used: theoretical ; pedagogical experiment (stating and forming), statistic methods of calculating experimental data; scientific novelty of the obtained results consists in the following: for the first time the model of forming the competence/ readiness of future technology teachers to organize extra-curricular activity of pupils which reflects interaction of the aim, tasks, components ( value-motivational, cognitive, active, creative), principles (general didactic and specific), stages, content (theoretical, methodical and practical), technology of training (problematic, projective, of individualization and differentiation, interactive), indicators, criteria and results (motivational, theoretical, methodical and practical competence to organize extra-curricular activity) have been worked out; substantiation of organizational and educational conditions of professional training of future technology teachers to organize extra-curricular activity of pupils (availability of the program of phased forming the competence of future teachers to conduct extra-curricular activity: improvement of the main directions of content, effective technologies, forms and methods of work for enriching the students' knowledge about the essence, educational and developmental potential of extra-curricular work and the process of organizing personalized extra-curricular artistic and labour activity of pupils and forming the abilities and skills of their practical application; the purpose of the study is to substantiate theoretically, to develop and check experimentally organizational and educational conditions of future technology teachers' professional training to organize extra-curricular artistic and labour activity of secondary school pupils in a higher educational establishment.
