The purpose of the study - to identify features of the influence of psychological and legal factors professional collectors on their mental health and to justify the ways of its conservation. The object of study - mental health professionals in a professional activity. Subject of research - mental health bill collectors under the influence of psychological and legal factors in their professional activities. Research is devoted to the problem of the influence of psychological and legal factors on mental health bill collectors in their professional activities. Scientific novelty of the results of the study is the first time: the peculiarities of the influence of professional practice and its legal regulation on mental health bill collectors, a comparative analysis of the psychological readiness of collectors to the performance and developed psychogram successful collector, offered a program of special psychological training of collectors and substantiates maintain their mental health. Developed further understanding of a work of specialists, whose professional activity is carried out in unsafe conditions, and the impact on their mental health, psychological and legal factors. Refined psychological content specific legal responsibilities of collectors consequences of their actions while on duty. The practical significance of the study is that an integrated approach is developed and empirically substantiated program of special psychological training of collectors, the implementation of which will help to maintain mental health and high health professionals. The results obtained can be used by scientists to further study the problem of the influence of psychological and legal factors on mental health professionals hazardous occupations. Reasonable psychographic diagnostic system can be used to predict the success of the collectors and optimizing the level of their mental health.
