The present dissertation has fully analyzed the theoretical and practical necessity to study the Ukrainian culture of the end of the 19-th-the beginning of the 20-th century in context of the philosophic-anthropological methodology. The distinctive character and the all-european significance of the Ukrainian culture of the end of the 19-th-beginning of the 20-th century are determined. Moreover, the main problems of the development and formation of the Ukrainian culture of the end of the 19-th-beginning of the 20-th century were analyzed on the basis of the philosophic-anthropological approach. In addition to that, the critical analysis of the sources was made, the experience of the literary, philosophical and fine art developments on the investigated topic were generalized.
