Goncharenko E. Didactic characteristics of holding training with athletes having intellectual disabilities

The research is dedicated to the problem of the increasing of efficiency of trainings with athletes having intellectual disabilities by developing conditions of realization of didactic peculiarities. Analysis of special scientific sources as well as generalization of experience of leading specialists concerning training athletes according to the programmes of Special Olympics enabled to reveal the lack of information regarding conditions of realization of didactic principles and peculiarities during the trainings with the mentioned contingent. The scientific novelty of the work lies in definition of conditions of realization of didactic principles during the trainings with athletes who have intellectual disabilities taking into consideration the degree of intellectual disability, secondary disabilities, physical defects, age peculiarities; in adaptation of techniques of realization of FUN fitness programme which is aimed at providing methodological advice of high quality concerning development of physical characteristics, correction of disabilities, optimization of physical activity during trainings.
