Essay

Crimea bibliography heritage of 20-30-ies of the XX century - the time when Crimean ASSR (Crimean Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic) existed - is analyzed in the thesis. The features of the development of local historical, ethnological and sectional bibliography are revealed and analyzed. The development of bibliography, its rise, dynamics and decline are shown on the social and political background of development of the science on Crimea. Three stages are marked out in development of Crimea bibliographic researches. Considerable achievement of bibliographic studios in Crimean ASSR was creation of number of fundamental reference books on history and ethnography of separate ethnic groups - by O.N.-A. Akchokrakly, V. M. Markov (Crimean Tatars), E. E. Gopshtein (Jews, Karaites, Crymchaks), I. Ya. Neyman (Karaites). But all of them remained in manuscripts, partly lost, and partly exposed in the archive funds of Russian Federation and the USA. The vital task of the modern stage of development of bibliography on historical and cultural study of Crimea is publication of these works. On demand of authorities and necessities of economic development of region, Crimean bibliographers developed fundamental lists on the tobacco growing (V. V. Simonovsky), geology, hydrogeology, oilfields, stratigraphy (V. V. Danilevsky, P. A. Dvoychenko), tourism and excursions (N. P. Zimin), balneology (A. M. Gorodinsky, Z. A. Ignatovich, S. A. Pastak, A. K. Shenk and others), which hasn't lost its scientific potential up to nowadays.
