Thesis concerns the development of optimal composition and technology of tablets famotidine with thiotriazoline, covered by film. The composition and technology of tablets famotidine with thiotriazoline are developed on the basis of results of the crystallographical, technological, biopharmaceutical and pharmacological researches. Qualitative indices of tablets famotidine with thiotriazoline are investigated, the methods of analysis of active ingredients, which are included in its composition, are suggested; the conditions and shelf-life tablets are stated. The pharmacological researches approved, that the tablets famotidine with thiotriazoline showed antiulcerous activity; area - pharmacy.
