Gnilitskaya N. Labour as a social and cultural phenomena

The dissertation is devoted to social and philosophical research of the labour phenomena and revealing of its generally social nature. The author analyses the interaction of the objective and the subjective factors influencing the creation of the world outlook orientations of a personality concerning the labour category. The main features of the process labour creates its world outlook orientations and influences the creation of the appropriate values are revealed. The analysis of the process of transformation of the mass consciousness is made connected with the global changes, the process of appearing of new valuable orientations of the nowadays personality, the author tries to determine the place of labour in the structure of the valuables of the nowadays personality.
