Puchalskа G. Pedagogical conditions of developing communicative competence of future of the civil aviation pilots.

Disertation is dedicated to the problem of forming communicative competence of future of the civil aviation pilots during their training in high school. Pedagogical conditions in developing communicative competence of future of the civil aviation pilots are defined into: the introduction to the educational process and methods, techniques and personality oriented technologies and problem-based learning; taking advantage of the module-rating system in the formation of communicative competence of future of the pilots; the usage of new information technology of learning in the classroom during land training; usage of the latest achievements of pedagogy and psychology of communication and interaction between people; integration of flight training with the science that studies the problem of "human factor" in aviation. Grounded the criteria, indicators and levels of the communicative competence of future of the civil aviation pilots. According to the results of the study developed guidelines for teachers and trainers on the formation of communicative competence.
