Object – structural changes in the cells of diffuse neuroendocrine system of small intestine according to endogenous intoxication degree; purpose – to trace quantitative and qualitative changes in the cells of diffuse neuroendocrine system of small intestine during high acute small intestine obstruction and its correction and to trace dependency of these changes from the level of endogenous intoxication; methods – macroscopic, microscopic, electron microscopic, morphometrical, biochemical, statistical; the results – changes in the cells of diffuse neuroendocrine system of small intestine under modeling of high acute small intestine obstruction and surgical treatment of this pathology by legacy methods and in conditions of enterodetoxification by Syllard P on microscopic and subcellular levels are studied; branch – medicine.
