Victor S. Development of the publishing business in Ukraine during 1990-2010.

The thesis deals with historical aspects of the formation, establishment and operation of the national publishing industry during the transformation of political philosophy, building a democratic political culture, radical economic changes. Here is investigation of its influence on the social and public opinion, spiritual and cultural life and the revival of Ukrainian traditions of the Ukrainian people, economic development and building civil society.The features of the national publishing industry in the context of global information processes, and the positive impact of foreign threat, outlined problems and ways of strengthening and protecting the national information space and improving public policy for publishing in the context of strengthening of statehood and democratic society.
