The dissertation is devoted to developed and scientifically substantiated peculiarities of developing informational and analytical skills of students of economic specialties when studying natural sciences through the phased introduction of organizational and structural model of their formation, which contains interrelated target, organizational and content-based diagnostic and efficient stages and in general ensures realization of the singled out pedagogical conditions. The structure of concept "informational and analytical skills of students of economic specialties" has been specified the basic informational and analytical skills, which future economists should master while studing natural sciences at high school have been defined. The levels of informational and analytic skills formation with relevant criteria, each of which determines the set of indicators used to determine a certain skill of future economists have been determined experimentally. The teaching guidelines for doing individual tasks and independent work of students of economic specialties have been prepared. The effectiveness of the proposed technique has been tested experimentally.
