Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the development of technology and equipment for manufacturing of the ship thin-walled profiles. The new technology for the manufacturing of the ship thin-walled roll-formed profiles of the bending with longitudinal tension is developed. The problem of an elastoplastic bend of a strip with preliminary longitudinal tension of the strip is solved. The calculative method of technological process of manufacturing profile of the bending with longitudinal tension is developed. The trial plant is constructed and manufactured.
