Object - the process of training prospective teachers of law to work with deviant teenagers; the aim - to find out the influence of scientifically substantiated technology of training prospective teachers of law to work with deviant teenagers on the levels of their readiness to this activity ; methods - theoretical, empirical, statistical; novelty - the research has been the first one to define the content of the structural components of prospective teachers' of law readiness to work with deviant teenagers. The technology of training prospective teachers of law to work with teenagers having deviant behavior has been substantiated and experimentally checked. The notion "teacher's of law readiness to work with deviant teenagers" has been specified; results - the technology of training prospective teachers of law to work with teenagers having deviant behavior has been experimentally checked, which allows for its application in the present day teaching practice in institutions of higher learning; the materials of the dissertation can be used by postgraduates, students of professional development departments in the course of learning the teaching course " Pedagogics of Higher School", in the process of work at diploma papers and working out educational projects; field - pedagogy
