Essay

The object is the process of pedagogical subject interaction in the pedagogical process of higher educational establishment; the aim is to define the influence of theoretically grounded and experimentally proved pedagogical conditions on the levels of future teachers' professional qualities formation in the process of pedagogical interaction; methods are theoretical, empirical, statistical; innovation - pedagogical conditions of future teachers' professional qualities formation have been theoretically grounded and experimentally proved for the first in the process of pedagogical interaction: the development of student need and interest in forming teachers' professional qualities and their self-perfection, situations modelling (using role and business games, debates, communicative trainings) led to active student - teacher interaction; the terms "pedagogical interaction", "interpersonal interaction"; future teachers' ''professional qualities'' ("mobility", "communicativeness", "efficiency" ("business-like"), the characteristics and levels of future teachers' professional qualities formation in the process of pedagogical interaction have been defined; the results are scientific-methodic recommendations, methods of future teachers' professional qualities diagnostics have been worked out, the card of future teachers' professional qualities has been made, the system of tasks, pedagogical situations, business games for future teachers' professional qualities formation have been developed. Theoretical propositions and practical tasks can be used by students of higher educational establishments while studying fundamental disciplines, writing diploma and master's papers and also in the system of higher and post-diploma teacher's education, making educational text-books, scientific-methodic issues on Pedagogics, Methods of Humanitarian disciplines teaching
