Semyrozhkin V. Activity of proinflammatory cytokines in patients treated by program hemodialysis.

The dissertation is devoted to improvement of diagnostics and treatment of patients treated by program haemodialysis.Duration of program haemodialysis treatment and type of dialysis membrane were basic factors determined the surplus synthesis of TNF-? and IL-6 for patients treated by program haemodialysis. Duration of program haemodialysis treatment was significantly positively correlated with level of TNF-?; and significantly negatively correlated with IL-6. Level of TNF-? was the lowest at the use of dialysis membranes from polysyntan and hemphan; level of IL-6 was the lowest at the use of dialysis membranes from polysulfone and hemphan. The use of ACEI perindopril in patients treated by program haemodialysis caused the decline of level of TNF-?; and the increase of level of IL-6. The hypotension effect of perindopril was minimum here.
