Essay

The object of research is communicative competence. The work purpose is to illuminate specificity of emotional intelligence as making communicative competence of the students. The methods: the theoretic-methodological analysis of scientific sources, ordering and generalization of the data on a problem of research, a method of psychodiagnostic, methods of mathematical statistics. The scientific novelty: the factors structure between separate components of emotional intelligence and separate components of communicative competence for the first time is established, that allows to define communicative competence as complex education and to ascertain, that one of its components is the emotional intelligence; the representation about interrelation between a level of emotional intelligence and its separate components and components of communicative competence, social intelligence, communicative skills is extended. The practical value of research: the basic ideas and received results are used for realization of competence approach in high schools, in development of materials for realization of trainings for the students on increase of the communicative competence and development of emotional intelligence of the students ("Training of organization of realization of negotiation", "Training of psychology of dialogue" in KHU "PUA"), and also in advisory work directed to development of communicative competence in business dialogue. Efficiency of the introduction - high. The sphere of the use: higher educational institutions.
